Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued within 14–21 business days of receiving your return.

The refunded amount will include the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.

Shipping costs are generally not refunded unless under extenuating circumstances.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The timing of the refund's appearance on your statement depends on your financial institution.

Returns with gift receipts will receive a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the receipt.

Limit or refuse returns from customers with an excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing."

Refuse service to any customer due to suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.

Discard any non-Typageant items sent to our Distribution Center.
