Shipping Policy
(Policy updated as of April 27, 2026. The “Cancel order” and “Order modification” policies do not apply to orders placed before this date.)
WHEN AND HOW TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION OF MY ORDER?
If you realize that you have made a mistake when filling in your shipping information or purchasing, simply email us at [Email] within 24 hours. Please check the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after your order is placed to verify all details.
WHEN DO I GET THE TRACKING NUMBER?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. The in-store processing for stock and packaging typically takes 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, your tracking number will be generated and sent to you via email.
Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
HOW TO CHECK MY PACKAGE?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided in the USPS tracking system or via this link: https://www.17track.net/en
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your delivery time is calculated as follows:
Estimated Delivery Date = Purchase Date + 2–5 business days (processing) + Estimated shipping time (see chart below).

You can expect to receive your order on or before the Estimated Delivery Date.
Note: There is typically a delay in tracking information updates from the time the package enters facilities in China to the time it is processed at facilities in the destination country. This usually takes between 2–7 days on average.
RISK-FREE SHIPPING
If for any reason your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded 100% for that item. This is our promise to you! If an order is missing, please let us know via [Email]. We will investigate (typically taking 3–5 business days) and send you a replacement or provide a resolution after our conclusion.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination; these are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Typageant. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If the order arrives in your country and:

The customer refuses to accept the package, or

Multiple attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package without success.
We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
